The internet has given us all the information in the world at the tip of our index finger. Skills seem to be the panacea to thrive in a 21st century career.
But do knowledge and skills prepare you for a crisis? Does it really make you and your organisation resilient? Can your ability to adapt be taught?
The fundamental question is how to keep learning, unlearning and relearning. One way of looking at it is the innovation mindset.
Agency, responsibility and self-directed learning
This 30-minute session will engage the audience in a discussion about agency, responsibility and self-directed learning. We will dive into the question on how to train self-directed learning, on an individual level, a team level and in larger organisations. We will do this by discussing some dilemma’s, and sharing a few examples on how to practice an innovation mindset.
This webinar is catered to change-leaders in private or (semi) public organisations. Change-leaders are professionals with an innovation mindset and an entrepreneurial way of working. If you want to learn more about how to help your team team, department or organisation navigate distractions and opportunities — then this session is for you.
